Welcome to BadRep! By accessing our website, purchasing products from our Squarespace storefront, or using our ABC Trainerize coaching app services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility & Accounts
Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase services or create an account.
Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Trainerize and Squarespace login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Health and Medical Disclaimer
Not Medical Advice: The content, workout plans, and nutritional guidance provided via our storefront or the Trainerize app are for informational purposes only. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
Assumption of Risk: Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in our training programs, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with training.
Medical Clearance: You strongly agree to consult a physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program. If you experience dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
Purchases, Billing, and Subscriptions
Payment Processing: All store transactions are processed securely through our Squarespace platform (via third-party processors like Stripe or PayPal) or via Trainerize integrated payments.
Subscription Renewal: Recurring training memberships automatically renew on your billing date. You authorise us to charge your saved payment method for these renewals. Unpaid services may be withheld until payment is made.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be requested with at least 1 month’s notice. If sufficient notice is not given, the relevant fee may still apply
Refund Policy: Due to the digital and personalised nature of fitness programming, all sales are final. Refunds for partially used billing cycles are not provided unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
Our Content: All workout videos, custom training programs, PDFs, graphics, logos, and website text are the intellectual property of BadRep or our platform partners.
Limited License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials via Trainerize for your personal fitness tracking. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BadRep and its trainers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services, storefront, or third-party apps.
Rules of Conduct
When using our website, community groups, or Trainerize messaging features, you agree not to:
Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users or coaches.
Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Scrape or copy our proprietary training methodologies.
The Trainer reserves the right to end or refuse services where behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or unreasonable.
These terms should be read together with the agreement, health screening, waiver, and any related policies.
